She really thought she’d be used to the amount of running they all did by now, given the number of times they had been chased by one group of soldiers or another.

But it’s hot here in the fire nation, and even with their armor weighing them down and making them clumsy, Katara’s quickly running out of steam and losing ground between herself and the pursuing cluster of fire nation guards. The area’s familiar- sort of- at least, but she can’t seem to find a place to hide, despite having been here before.

She doesn’t want to turn and fight them all on her own, but the others are busy and it’s looking like that might be the only option now. The water in her canteen won’t last long, but she’s got to at least try if she can’t get away…
